Where should an object be placed in front of a convex lens in order to get:

(i) In order to get an enlarged real image, the object should be placed between F₁ (or f) and 2F₁ (or 2f) distance i.e., 2F₁ > u > F₁.

(ii) In order to get an enlarged virtual image, the object should be placed between F₁ and optical centre i.e., u < F₁
